There are several materials to be used as adhesion promoters between any substrates (such as PET, Silicon, Glass, resists) and Polymer stamp materials or acrylic imprint resists.

The adhesion promoters may be selected based on application method (spray, spin coating, deep- coating, ….). Contact OpTool for support.

Here is a example of materials produced by OpTool: 

• OP-UVAP is UV curable. The layer thickness can be adjusted by adding solvent.
• OP-APMEMO: For adhesion between any substrate with –OH termination and acrylate polymers. 
• OP-APMEX: Adhesion between any substrate and acrylate polymers. (low cost based on APMEMEO) 
• OP-APTS: Epoxy, phenolic, melamine, furan, urea, PVC, urethane, polysulfide, polyvinyl butyral, polyimide, polychloroprene, nitrile rubber. 
• OP-APNO: Free radical cure systems: crosslinked polyethylene, peroxide cured elastomer, polyester, polyolefins, EPDM, urethane, alkyd.
