OP-NTF is a fluorinated silicone (F13) for applying and Anti-sticking stamps. The stamp materials can be such as Silicon, Glass.

OP-F17G163 is a fluorinated siloxane for spin coating on mater stamp such as Silicon, Glass, Nickel or resists. The coating layer will be in the range of 2-25nm thick, dependent on application process.

The material can be applied by evaporation, spray coating, spin coating, deep-coating… etc.
